1. A Query Letter to include the following:
    a. brief description of the proposed work
    b. why it is important to you for the work to be published
2. A 300-500 word writing sample
3. A description of the optional services you may need
   (writing assistance, editing, interior formatting and
   design, cover design, promotion/promotional materials,
   website design)
